EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICIES
We accept changes but not returns. The changes become effective only when the pieces have not been used and no more than 14 days have passed since the delivery of the same.
Changes will only be made if the parts have a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired.
All parts must be returned in the original packaging in which they were shipped.
We do not accept returns so we do not do refunds either. We can make changes as long as the aforementioned is followed.

The national shipments that we offer through www.abyajewelry.com, only include the Mexican Republic.
The international shipments that we offer through www.abyajewelry.com, could apply customs or territorial taxes when arriving at their destination. ABYA is not responsible for customs or territorial taxes that may be incurred in the shipping process.
The delivery time of the pieces will appear when you place your order and when you choose the delivery of your preference.
Once we ship the parts, we will send you an email with the tracking guide and the estimated delivery time.
If the package arrives with a defect, we recommend that you write to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to determine the steps to follow.
