Our jewels are made to order, so our production times are 4-6 weeks. Once your jewel is ready, we will send you a confirmation email.

If you require your order to be delivered urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to support you.

We ship all orders through FedEx or UPS. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

It is important to mention that any taxes that may be incurred in the country of delivery must be covered by you through the parcel.

We ship worldwide, however some countries have restrictions that we cannot control.

Our goal is to give you the best possible service, so if you require an urgent shipment, we ask you to contact us to support you.

You can cancel your order within a maximum period of 3 hours after the purchase. If you need to cancel it after that time, you will be charged a penalty of up to 50% of the original value depending on the work that has been done up to the time of cancellation.

We accept changes but not returns. Changes become effective only when the parts have not been used and no more than 14 days have passed since they were delivered.

Changes will only be made if the parts have a manufacturing defect and cannot be repaired.

All parts must be returned with the original packaging in which they were sent.

We do not accept returns, so we do not make refunds. We can make changes as long as the aforementioned is followed.

We recommend doing a periodic cleaning of your jewelry. Every 2 or 3 weeks, try to clean them with the cloth included in your purchase.

Avoid exposing the jewelry to chlorine and other solvents so that they maintain their shine. Likewise, we recommend that you avoid using lotions, oils and perfumes directly on the jewellery.

Always try to keep your jewelry in the packaging that we send you with your order. In this way you will prevent them from being scratched and mistreated.
